• Job Details:Managing procurement and contracts for projects. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms. Preparing purchase orders, reviewing contracts, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Making a list of qualified suppliers and subcontractors. Communicating with main and sub-stores to verify the stock balance. Communicating with the financial department to quickly issue financial dues to suppliers and subcontractors. Analyzing price proposals, other data and information to determine reasonable prices. Checking market prices regularly to evaluate the open contracts prices. Collecting the invoice, ensuring receiving documents and presenting them to the purchasing manager for approval. Creating and managing Google Sheets to monitor purchase orders and material requests, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking.
