• Liaise with Daimler concerning CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) activities and measures aiming at exceeding CNA’s CSI targets.
• Organize and maintain all marketing literture and materials.
• Ensure all relevant reports, Sales and After-Sales, are submitted on a timely manner.
