• Job Details:• Sourcing the suppliers (in case of Importing) ensure the best pricing and quality. , negotiates the prices, terms, conditions and delivery date for technically approved items to get the best offer according to the required specification. Issuing Purchase Orders, monitor and ensure that the purchase items always meet the requirements in the term of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery schedule. • Monitor and ensure adherence to import and export regulations, including customs laws, trade agreements, and licensing requirements. • Issue and Register all shipments on NAFEZA system, issuing ACID number for each shipment and make the electronic signature using e-token to get 46 number. • Manage the Cargo X cycle and documentation related to international shipments • Shipment insurance documentation: Accurately and timely prepare insurance certificates. • Prepare and review import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance assuring compliance with all customs regulations & origins requirements. • Manage banking documents: Supervise the receipt of original shipping documents from banks in an accurate and timely manner. • Manage the shipping budget: Initiate and follow up on shipping budgets, selecting the most cost-effective solutions Calculate and select optimal logistics routes to minimize costs, and process applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. • Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage customs clearance processes. • Liaise with customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance of imported and exported goods, resolve any issues that arise, and address customs inquiries or audits. • Follow up with customs: Daily follow-up with customs brokers to track shipment status. • Accurately classify imported and exported goods according to customs tariff codes to determine duty rates and ensure compliance with trade regulations. • Keep comprehensive records of all import and export transactions, including shipping documents, licenses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes. • Identify opportunities to minimize import and export costs through efficient shipping methods, optimal routing, and consolidation of shipments.

• Job Details:- Performing all purchasing processes with vendors and build good relationships to ensure the best pricing and quality. - Search and contact suppliers, negotiates the prices, terms, conditions and delivery date for technically approved items to get the best offer according to the required specification. - Issuing Purchase Orders, monitor and ensure that the purchase items always met the requirements in the term of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery schedule. - Prepare customs documentation to ensure compliance with all domestic and international import and export regulations. - Coordinate and manage the customs clearance process for both imports and exports. - Complete required customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping declarations. - Accurately classify goods using applicable customs tariff codes and ensure correct declarations. - Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate clearance procedures. - Ensure adherence to customs laws, regulations, and all import/export restrictions. - Resolve customs-related issues or disputes that may arise during the clearance process. - Maintain comprehensive records and documentation, ensuring both data accuracy and confidentiality. - Collaborate with internal departments like finance, as well as external agencies and specialists, to optimize customs clearance operations. - Oversee and follow up on all government transactions for the department with external entities, including customs authorities, suppliers, exporters, and importers. - Prepare and submit periodic reports outlining the activities and achievements of the customs clearance department, including shipment status and coordination with freight forwarders and shipping lines. - Administer and comply with all Customs Authority requirements related to exemptions, ensuring proper collection, organization, registration, and archiving of all clearance forms and invoices. - Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely completion of all customs certificate terminations. - Adhere to reporting protocols for performance metrics, fees, and other reports required by management. - Manage settlements and payments with customs clearance agencies. - Calculate and select optimal logistics routes to minimize costs, and process applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. - Oversee tracking of goods throughout all stages of the freight process, ensuring end-to-end visibility. - Cooperate efficiently with customs brokers, including calculating customs charges and preparing clearance documentation packages. - Engage promptly with certification bodies and other counterparties, sourcing permit-issuing authorities as needed.
