• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Products Manager (Since 2009)
Responsible for the product launching, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Main responsibilities:
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Qualify and assign dealers.
• Following up dealers’ quota, achievements and financials
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Managing vendors’ relations, quota, orders and financials
• Helping logistics teams in clearance technical issues
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

Success Stories:
• Succeeded to sign with Different Brands to be their sole Distributer in Egypt such as (Belkin, SpeedLink, Edimax, Dexim, Intex) & succeeded to gain the planned market share for these products according to the company’s strategic planes.
• Succeeded to achieve company strategy to gain a good market share as Apple Premium Reseller from 2010 till now.
