I am currently an independent “Leadership & Management” consultant with more than 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management. In fact, I started as an English Instructor and moved along the ladder through training. I acquired my first diploma in HRM in 2005 and since then I never abandoned the field until I became HR Manager for some big names in the Egyptian market. However, during all those years the flame for training & teaching has never faded out, so I still enjoy conducting trainings and teach some academic courses whenever I get the chance to seize an opportunity.

During those years, I got the chance to meet and get mentored by many respectable names in the field (to whom I hold great appreciation and gratitude), where I solidly added to my experiences the expertise in conducting assessment centers, public speaking, and of course consulting for Small to Medium sized organizations & Entrepreneurships.

Working bit by bit I became an expert in Structuring & Re-Structuring businesses from scratch, backed up by my MBA studies I combine management practices in many fields such as Finance, Marketing, Sales … etc. with my main passion in Human Resources Management to produce effective and practical solutions tailored to my clients’ exact needs.
