• Job Details:It was one of the most interesting experiences I went through. I was able to be a participant at the evaluation Camp that happened in the youth space at Alwan Wa Awtar and it was inspired from the Youth-Led Evaluation experiment (the link is below for further information). At this camp I was able to accomplish with my team (we were a team of 5 youth) under the supervision of the main team of the youth space at Alwan Wa Awtar: - Designing the evaluation process from A to Z. - We acted as participants, Facilitators, Coordinators, and Documenters too!. - Analysed the data we collected from the participants who were invited to the evaluation camp. they were about 40 participants divided into 2 days.Till we came out with the graphs. - Writing the final report to the director of the youth space. The camp happened in 4 days and it was located in Ardi at Dahshur. The main object from this camp was to evaluate all the programs that happened in the youth space at Alwan Wa that was in a partnership with OXFAM organization for about the last two years.

FacilitatorPart Time

• Job Details:Working as a Facilitator at Beit El Kazmaron at Kafr Hamza, one of the main branches for Alwan Wa Awtar organization. - I was hosting the children who are living in Kafr Hamza - Qalubeya. - organizing them with my supervisor for the different activities in the day (Only on Mondays and Thursdays). InternInternship

• Job Details:It was an experience full of learning and self-discovering. At this internship I was able to go through different tasks some of them was individually and the other with my colleagues under the supervision of the main team of the youth space at Alwan Wa Awtar. Some of the tasks I went through: - Writing a monthly report. - Coordinating and hosting some of the workshops that happened in the youth space. - Innovating the physical space at the youth space. - Documenting through photography. - I created a testimonial from the very beginning till the end to one of the main programs that happened in the youth space "Al - Seyaq" for it's participants. - Coordinated one camp 2 days one night.
