• Job Details:•Ensuring effective implementation of the Occupational Health & Safety Policy & the EHS requirements •Ensuring that the construction activities of the FMC meets all established EHS requirements and objectives & comply with legal, contractual & other established requirements; •Preparing & reviewing templates for EHS documentation & ensuring that EHS documentation is maintained; •Collecting FMC KPIs with technical support of FMC EHS Staff & KPIs from Developers & Contractors, and aggregating collected KPIs for the entire Benban Project; •Maintaining EHS accident/incident logs & proposing corrective measures; •Compiling EHS incident/violation reports to HSEL Manager & Project Director; •Approving any Changes required to ensure the effective avoidance & mitigation of impacts from any poor Hazardous & Non - Hazardous Waste management practice; •Ensuring that all Hazardous Waste management procedures provided in the Management Plan are followed; •Ensuring that all responsible individuals are meeting their minimum requirements with regards to Hazardous & Non -Hazardous Waste management. •Ensuring implementation of EHS requirements applicable to traffic management. •Ensuring that all workers receive adequate EHS training related to traffic management. •Prepare EHS requirements for individual Developer/Contractor Worker Camps. •Lead minimum required EHS training to relevant EHS staff. •Design reporting templates for audits/inspections. •Oversee monitoring & evaluation of accidents involving project vehicles (on and off project site). •Join Lender audits/visits. •Preparing & reviewing the Risk Register for FMC activities; •Participating in investigation of serious incidents & reporting relevant findings to HSEL Manager; •Handling correspondence/compliance with Civil Defence & communicating to HSEL Manager & Project Director; •Authorize and support HS Officer to stop work when there are failures to execute work under safe conditions or established HS requirements

HSE AdvisorFreelance / Project

• Job Details:• Undertake research work on aspects of occupational health and safety law and standards regarding all maintenance activities performed. • Establishing Health, Safety & Environmental management system according to the law & well known standards. • Visit clients to assess their needs, provide advice and assistance on occupational health and safety. • Conduct audits, workplace assessments and inspections. • Provide sound written and oral legal opinions and interpretations on occupational health and safety law and best practice issues. • Apply legislation and common law principles when providing practical, innovative and strategic solutions to problems, noting the possible risks involved with each option identified. • Train management team on the management system as well as train all stuff on importance & basics of the HSE and the required safe work procedures for each team.

HSE SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Implementing processes, procedures and ensuring effectiveness of health & safety practice. Conducting safety trainings and sessions to Ericsson’s management layer, contractors, and suppliers.  Proposing technical solutions & recommendations for field auditors.  Monitoring Ericsson’s OHS system as well as managing contractors.  Investigating in accidents, HIPOs, incidents & near misses.  Creating procedures for working in hazardous environments.  Keeping up to date with new OHS national legislations and international standards.  Documenting & recording all visits reports as well as tracking monthly non conformities.  Recommending proposes of continuous improvement in OHS system.  Performing monthly management OHS visits to field site.
