• Job Details:• Lead and orchestrate project management functions towards achievement of business goals and objectives • Define scopes, deliverables, responsibilities, authorities, and set up project communication & reporting structure • Activate cross-functional coordination, and take all technical & administrative issues to successful resolution • Establish manpower/resources/logistics for the projects, and monitoring/controlling tools to ensure optimum utilization • Oversee activity and progress reports, drive closure of performance gaps, and produce consolidated report to management

Procurement ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop procurement strategy, systems and procedures for suppliers’/subcontractors’ prequalification and evaluation procedures, and negotiation strategies aligned to demands of the project • Create & establish a pool of resourceful, cost-effective & reliable suppliers/subcontractors, and oversee procurement cycle • Promote value engineering, alternate sourcing, and other cost reduction initiatives to enhance project profitability • Administer and manage all practices and procedures of the procurement division to comply with corporate policies and project requirements as well as legal & commercial stipulations

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Drive project management functions & controls to manage KRAs (cost, schedule, quality, safety, stakeholders’ relationship) • Lead pre-construction assessment, planning, design & engineering coordination, constructability review, risk assessment • Set procedures, standards and guidelines for all functions and Implement Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Coordinate multi-disciplinary activities in all stages of projects concept, cost, design, construction and commissioning • Track, monitor and administer compliance assurance in terms of scope, budget, timeline, spec, quality & safety, reporting
