Daily Backup Checks troubleshoots for Enterprise Backup Environments using Commvault and NetApp-SnapProtect, SharePoint server backup.. Command View TL (CVTL) for HP StorageWorks MSL8048 Tape Library with LTO-5 including Weekly Tape Swap. NetApp OnCommand System Manager for monitoring SharePoint server backup. Daily Servers Checks: Analyzing e-mail reports errors & troubleshoot, logging incidents or service requests and updating tickets or configuration item (CI) in Incident Management System. Handle Proactive Event Management (Managing Alarm/Event Management Platform) HPOVO, validating events, Add and remove devices as needed to monitoring and reporting tools. VMware Updates (Patching): Check & analyzing new patches update and provide impact analysis to proceed for patching with customer approval. Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Servers (CIMC Patching): Firmware and Bios upgrade. Supporting other teams as and when necessary or directed by management Completion of daily, weekly and monthly checks. Escalation of unresolved incidents promptly to the on shore team in Australia.
