• Job Details: Responsible for import all company shipments.  Review all shipments documents and be sure it legalized according to custom instructions.  Manage relations with contractors and suppliers.  Define, recommend and manage annual budget, investments and project plan  Coordinate with Finance Dept. to receive bank documents before shipment arrive.  Coordinate and follow up financial issues Customs  Prepare & present daily, weekly and monthly reports.  Follow up with our forwarder that shipment collected & shipped on time..Check the stock daily, review the differences to know its reasons and solving these reasons to make sure that these mistakes will not happen again .Making sheets of KPI for my department to arrange our steps and make sure that we don’t waste any efforts.
