• Job Details:• Reviewing and check bills from our suppliers, entry related billing information into system. • Analyze order and billing information, complete final billing as per company polices. • Analyze billing and shipping data, timely report suppliers error billing, operational mishandling, and provide improvement suggestions. • Prepare and review office expenses, entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and customer. • Resolve accounting discrepancies. • Support operational shortage. • Carrier bill reconciliations. • Filing claims and dispute with Carrier.
