• Job Details:Mubasher Financial Group is a leading Online Brokerage firm in the region, The position is reporting to the Managing Director , and his responsibilities are to Manage the operation team in a way that minimize company costs and maximize revenues , producing a high quality services , Cash management , implement new ideas on ERP system that can save time , fix errors , the job entails the following tasks:  Responsible for all back office duties and tasks, Observe clearing bank, operations settlement, Company confirmation, custody transactions.  Co ordinate cash management closely with finance Department, to get the highest benefit of using funds, financing banks. Outgoing transfer, FX rate with Banks.  Ordinate and participating in the preparation of the credit policy with company‘s managerial level.  Managed a team of 5 persons in operation department with their annually performance evaluation and set up KPIs(Key Performance Indicator) for the staff and set up also Operations Goals &Performance , Ensuring quality of staff and their job accommodates with company’s rules.  Working in group with company unit head & management to set goals, policy & procedures.

Operation ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible of:  Monitoring and controlling clearing bank, financing company banks, company’s short term facilities, operations settlement entry, Company confirmation, custody transactions.  Coordinated in the tender offer of AUBB to acquisition in AUBE, GRSs responsibilities from operational side and entry settlement & monthly reconciliations.  Manage and resolve settlement issues and problems.  Managed a team of 8 persons in operation department with their yearly performance evaluation and set up KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) for the staff.  Preparing company Operations Manual.  Checking and approving all types of payments (Check, Swift & Drafts).  Ensure the rules and procedures of the company are implemented properly

Head Of SettlementFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for all settlements of the local shares, GDRs and performance of staff.  Sending confirmation to international & local clients for executed orders.  Following up daily transactions, pending trades & Cost of trades.  Deal with all GDRS transactions-Egyptian Euro Bond-Conversion & Issuance GDRS.  Full aware of back office duties, Custody Operations, Corporate Actions, Coupon Collect.  Involved in deals with international investment bank & Brokerage House (Merrill Lynch Intl Equities – Nomura Intl PLC – JP Morgan – CSFB -).  Deal with RSFA& CASE&MSCD.  To check daily accounts as well as trends to ensure its compliance to the terms of approval e.g. excess over limits.
