• Job Details:• Provide Technical support to sales manager/s and engineers, interact and interface with the sales team and external customers • Ensure coordination with sales for quotation follow-up and for update of opportunities • Evaluate and provide the best possible offer to customer enquiries while ensuring compliance to technical and commercial specifications: including preparation of compliance statement and submittal file when necessary • Perform costing studies and analyze the cost breakdown. • Ensure strong interaction with the external sales body and external customers and provide clarification on non-standard and uncommon products. Get support from application management team for complex projects when necessary • Prepare, reconcile and validate all quotations related to project, tenders, and orders with special pricing and ensure entries recorded are accurate and in line with the approved price list. • Conduct and handle progress meetings with stakeholders and handle requests in order to maintain project effectiveness and proper communication. • Manage and direct personnel and subcontractors to ensure a realistic workload with high quality. • Monitor and evaluate process to increase efficiency of activities. • Administrate and review payments to bodybuilders and suppliers to track and keep budgeting. • Administrate and preparation the invoices cycle between the company and the clients • Execute whole supply process on ERP system (SAP)

• Job Details:• Create, update & revise quotations and proposals. • Insure, review that all the measurement in the file before final submission to customers and suggest solutions & alternatives for any deviation occur. • Responsible for all the technical specifications & clarification of customer during bidding. • Contact with our Suppliers & body builders to make sure that our quotation is matching requirements. • Contact Mother Company abroad to get all needed data & documents. • Review purchase orders technically & commercially before acceptance & proceeding. • Submit purchase orders back to back to Mother Company. • Monitor stock & reorder when it is needed. • Follow shipping procedures for our units starting from sales acknowledgement till final delivery point • Declare invoicing for financial team to match purchase orders. • Issue monitoring report to track department performance. • Execute whole supply process on ERP
