• Job Details:I am working as a project manager for Jesuit Cultural Center, Cairo in the frame of the Jesuit Film Festival. My responsibilities based on preparing a plan and program of projects implementation containing film programs, workshops which planned to be held in upper Egypt governorates , the follow-up implementation of the plan with the team and get off the field consistently and identify the sources of the budget, monitoring the implementation of projects in various stages, evaluate progress in the implementation, identify the obstacles and problems and take an action to avoid them and solve them, the development of mechanisms and methods of implementation of the project , the development and introduction of mechanisms that help measure, monitor the quality of programs offered to the target groups, direct responsibility for managing the daily activities of the projects in order to achieve the desired results in the exact timing according to plan, document the achievements of the projects in coordination with the media team, periodically assess the needs of the program and identify the strengths and weaknesses in the services provided by the program, according to indicators and evaluation criteria established, responsible for liaison with authorities and external units of the projects, monitor and evaluate the performance of the rest of the staff, participate in committees appointments the project staff, develop the skills of the staff as it deems required to accomplish the tasks, attracting team work education programs and to deal with them broadcast team spirit and cooperation between them, and the division of labor by each employee skills.
