• Job Details:•Responsible of creating building designs and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. • Coordinate CIvil , Mechanical , Electerical planning with architectural ones. • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals. • Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget. • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists . • Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project . • Playing a part in project and team management. • Responsible for the design process on Interior design projects . • Providing final 3d graphics and construction documents. • Conducting research needed to complete the design projects.

• Job Details:• Responsible for the design process on Interior Design Projects. • Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals . • Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage . • Keep within budgets and timelines . • provide final 3d graphics using autodesk 3ds max and vray plugin . • Conducting researches needed to complete the design process.
