• Job Details:-the company is distributor to danfoss drives,distributor to Schneider electric and distributor to ABB low voltage motors - Receive technical and commercial bids and requisitions from the customer -Perform clarifications with the customer and Company technical team. -Prepare the request for quotation and communicate with various potential suppliers. -Communicate with suppliers to get the best techno commercial offer and terms of conditions. -Communicate with the Company procurement to finalize transactions. -Prepare Techno Commercial offer to the end customer Follow the offer submitted and negotiate prices to get the order. -Coordinate with the Company financial department to proceed with Offering, Tendering and Ordering in regarding LG, LC, Insurance, etc. -Follow the shipping of the equipment and the release of goods. - Ensure proper material delivery as scheduled to avoid any delay penalties. - Keep records for the suppliers, prices and references. -Communicate with the suppliers during warranty period in case of any problem.
