• Job Details:Responsible for the management of projects in Vendors Experience [VXP] aimed at initiating, driving, and supporting new business initiatives, improving and maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of processes, as well as leading changes to support VXP strategy, tactics and service leading to ongoing vendors experience improvements. 1. Distill vendor insights into business recommendations by performing root cause analysis to improve the vendor experience. 2. Support projects aiming at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as Vendor Satisfaction (VSAT) and Vendor Net Promoter Score (VNPS). 3. Work with cross-functional teams to build the business cases and plans for improving specific vendor issues. 4. Monitor other key vendor-based projects progress and ensuring timely delivery of results. 5. Design user-friendly tools, reports, dashboards and KPI’s to be used by management for vendors KPIs. 6. Identify and prioritize key touchpoints in the vendor on-boarding journey. 7. Regularly gather data from VNPS surveys and report trends to manager along with insights and observation.

• Job Details:1. Bookings creation and operational follow up on Export/Import shipping in- land containers for large businesses such as Ezz Steel, Juhayna, COSCO, China Shipping, MAERSK... etc 2. Supervising pricing processes. 3. Negotiating prices and operational capacity with both clients and internal business operations. 4. Following up on Client's payments.
