• Job Details:. Investigate and resolve application functionality issues and provide support and troubleshooting for multiple applications (SAP, Sunsystems, Salesbuzz) and communicate solutions to end user. ▪ Insure to solve assigned tickets for the supported systems within SLA and ensure optimal end user satisfaction. ▪ React to high severity technical issues that require immediate attention. ▪ Contact with business application vendors/providers to have 2nd and 3rd level support for the applications when needed. ▪ Follow up the change requests requested by the end user over the production applications and ensure the post deployment check is done. ▪ Document application problems and resolutions for future reference. ▪ Submits relevant reports as requested by management for some applications. ▪ Good Knowledge about FI And MM SAP Modules.
