• Job Details:• Drive CRM performance through the creation of CRM programs for Delivery Hero brands across the global • Build campaigns & automated flows in our CRM tool across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app • Own the rollout of the lifecycle marketing approach to new countries and regions • Support projects related marketing automation • Propose innovative CRM campaigns to test based on solid hypothesis and a clear success criterion • Coordinate campaign/lifecycle testing activities with responsible stakeholders • Monitor and measure relevant CRM KPIs across multiple campaign types • Work closely with the global and local teams on campaign planning performance and innovation
