- Job Details:o Responsibilities: Employee Relations Activities: o Communicate with the staff for any HR request and suggestion o Address employee’s work complaints or harassment and resolve grievance o Put the recreation plan for the staff to improve their engagement o Create and analyze the employee satisfaction survey o Improve the staff engagement activity and benefits o Design the communication board’s announcements Recruitment Activities: o Prepare the recruitment cycle (Posting ads, Collect CVs, Screening, Make phone interview, Conduct first interview) o Coordinate with the medical department the second interview phase o Collect the feedback “short list” and define the fitted profile to the required position o Determine final interview appointment with the HR manager & CEO o Inform the fitted candidate with the job offer and define the joining date o Bring the accepted candidate’s signature on the job offer and request to finalize the required hiring document Personnel Activities: o Create the database of employees o Stablishing the filing system of hiring documents for employees’ files o Prepare the social insurance forms for all employees after checking their files according to Egyptian labor law o Create the employee contract and coordinate with the team to assure of finalize the contract cycle o Deal with social insurance office to deliver and submitted all forma (1-2-6) o Calculate the annual vacations balance for all headcount and deliver the final status of annual balances for all department o Complete the work paper cycle and filling it in employee file o Handle the Stay Interview and Exit Interview Payroll Activities: o Run daily, weekly or monthly timesheets o Calculate bonuses, allowances, overtime, on call and deductions o Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software o Maintain and update payroll records o Issue payment slip upon request and clarify details Organizational Development Activities: o Create the job analysis and job description o Assist in competency frame work creation o List the KPIs and its evaluation way for each major o Develop methods of measuring performance management o Create the employee handbook o Develop the job application o Work on designing weekly HR Magazine Training Activities: o Conduct orientation session for the new hired o Conduct soft skills training for the staff o Identify performance gaps and determine training needs o Calculate before and after training ROI o Create the Individual Development Plan for each employee
