• Job Details:Dispensing medicines based on the recommendations sent from the internal departments of the hospital. Reviewing the daily doses given to patients by the nursing staff. Make an inventory of the pharmacy and make a disbursement order for the pharmacy's need for medicines. Supervising the receipt of medicines to ensure the expiry date and approval of adding them to the system by the drug stores department. Supervising the arrangement of medicines on the shelves based on the internal policies of the pharmacy, from alphabetical order and expiry date. Setting standards for quality assurance of medications and prepared for administration of drugs to patients effectively, resulting in 95% error-free medication delivery rate. Ensured accurate processing of prescriptions, including patient eligibility verification, medication renewals, and third-party authorization processing. Established policies and procedures to address drug return and/or recalls, reducing the risk of drug wastage by 5%.
