• Job Details:Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.  Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.  Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.  Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.  Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.  Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.  Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.  Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.  Manages and leads NDA process with Legal, suppliers and category managers  Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors.  Interview prospective suppliers either face-to-face or over the phone to determine the scope, prices, discounts, terms to ensure that target prices, company’s terms, and conditions are met.  Review the received technical and commercial offers, prepare comparative analysis and coordinate with technical departments that all clarifications are cleared.  Prepare purchase orders complying with received PRs and following selected suppliers, price and technical approval.  Follow up to receive the bank guarantees and prepare the payment according to agreed conditions.  Follow and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
