• Job Details:• Maintain installation/configuration and monitor all network and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements • Responsible for the stability and reliability of network and data centers for head office, branches and projects’ sites • Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools • Administrating and Managing Fortigate Firewalls, and customize remote access & VPN Servers. • Responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure services like Cluster, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, WSUS, WDS, SQL Database, PowerShell scripting, and File & Print Service. • Managing domain users account and user’s emails on Office 365 according IT polices. • Perform systems backups and recovery procedures and monitors daily server backup and off-site tape rotation. In addition to SDR plan & testing. • Proactive monitoring all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools and manages systems resources including CPU usage, disk usage, memory usage, and reviews system performance statistics to perform the necessary systems modifications and apply fixes required to keep servers' uptime at 99% level. • Manage & administrate antivirus system using Kaspersky products. • Managing Cisco phones using cisco call manager. • Perform on-site & remote technical support as well as provide assistance in troubleshooting and diagnosing discovered technical problems. • Provide second level of support as well as expert advices on systems related topics to Service Desk. • Perform systems vulnerability and security risk assessments to recommend methods on countering threats to systems. • Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications • Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors and contract consultants
