Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality control standards. The assigned tasks cover all areas of management, planning, cost, time management, contract administration and safety management. Coordinate maintain all functions and activities of the projects and facilities management division including engineering, systems, plants operation, manage and operate all soft and hard facilities and services in all projects, facilities and properties. Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and efficiency of services and delivery of optimal customer service

Project / Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Focus on the realization phase of the various projects, involved in the buildings construction development and infrastructure development of the various projects whilst under design and during design. Responsible for performing supervisory activities in accordance with the organization’s personnel policies, priorities, procedures, and applicable laws, include planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems Responsible for the Construction Management Consultant (CMC) activities of the project "the Gaza Regional Water Carrier" cost at US $ 62 million USAID funded project, it’s a design built contract Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Consultants site operations with respect to supervision, coordination, testing and commissioning, with particular emphasis on meeting the requirements with respect to quality, Cost and timely completion, manage the overall project ensuring the interface between the three construction packages is coordinated effectively and smoothly and acts as the point of contact and link with the Palestinian Water Authorities "The Client" and other authorities Responsibility includes earthworks, roads, traffic control, pavement assessment and pavement design, prepare new project proposals, prepare projects Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and provide projects cost estimates. Follow up related project issues with the relevant authorities and governmental departments; managed the CMC activities for several major infrastructure development projects within Dubai
