• Job Details: Electronics and software tasks: o Reviewing customers PCBs data (CAD, Schematics, BOM, test requirements) to decide the best testing method which provide the highest test coverage. o Developed & delivered In-circuit and functional application projects for testing various sophisticated boards used in military, automotive, renewable energy and aviation purposes to meet customers test specifications, using vb6 and visual studio. o Software quality assurance: test our advanced In-Circuit test software CITE and report the bugs to the Software team. o Design "Bed of Nail" tester test adapters based on customers test requirements using C-Link. o Debugging customers PCBs test programs to be ready for using in their production lines.

• Job Details: Electronics and software tasks: o Reviewing customers PCBs data (CAD, Schematics, BOM, test requirements) to decide the best testing method which provide the highest test coverage. o Developing & delivering In-circuit and functional application projects for testing various sophisticated boards used in military, automotive, renewable energy and aviation purposes to meet customers test specifications, using vb6 and visual studio. o Software quality assurance: test our advanced In-Circuit test software CITE and report the bugs to the Software team. o Design "Bed of Nail" tester test adapters based on customers test requirements using C-Link. o Debug customers PCBs test programs to be ready for using in their production lines.  Mechanical tasks: o Make mechanical designs for "Bed of Nail" tester test adapters (Fixtures) based on customers PCBs and test requirements. o Prepare DXF and G-code files for machining processes on CNC-isel machine that controlled via REMOTE CAM-software, using Aspire software. o Supervise the operator during machining processes, wiring electronics parts inside the fixtures, and making the quality checks to assure faulty-free fixture before entering debugging phase. o Operated on CNC-isel machine to drill our own produced PCBs holes to be ready for soldering phase.  Apply the above tasks biannually at Digitaltest Germany.
