• Job Details:• Plan and manage ahead for effective achievement of the operations & maintenance department objectives to facilitate their operation. • Managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance. • Lead the effective collaboration with all business partners and legal department to co-deliver defined key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the overall business plan. • In the defects liability period (DLP), assure that all O&M reporting is completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with all agreements, and asset records are maintained. • Review procedures for the plants which ensure safe, beneficial, and cost-effective operations at all times and the long-term optimization of the facility. • Provide expertise and guide the provision of troubleshooting advice and recommendations on plant operating problems. • Profound knowledge of payment processes, cost monitoring and cost reporting. • Strong knowledge of analyzing schedules of the construction and operation of the project. • Ensure the millstones of the project are achieved. • Drafting, negotiating, executing, administrating and closing multiple proposals or contracts. • Review/prepare project contract, scope of work, specifications, construction drawings, safety policy & quality plan for the subcontractors. • Apply high-value and cost effective engineering concepts and with high performance to meet the project contract profit. • Responsible for the preparation of plans and schedules that are required to manage the project and attain target dates. • Effectively solve critical construction problems which are not covered during design stage while taking care of operation and maintenance after handing over. • Coordinating with subcontractors regarding manpower and equipment hiring. • Follow up payment for subcontractor and not exceeding the budget and prepare contract • Submission /Contact with authority such as ADM, Civil defense, ADSSC and ADDC • Ensure contractor is following the specification and authority • Order materials as per approvals and negotiation with supplier and comparison sheet. • Highly motivated with excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and supervise people.

• Job Details:• Daily reporting to the Resident Engineer and Senior Resident Engineer • Review for approvals all shop drawings for electromechanical • Content with authority such as ADM, Civil defense and ADDC • Check calculations for all electromechanical equipment such as Pumps, FCU, AHU, Fans and vessels • Supervising the all activities in portable water reservoir and sewerage pump station • Witness the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for all electromechanical equipment • Monitoring the installation in sewerage and water pumping stations • Follow up daily work as per the contractor schedule. • Testing and commissioning for all electromechanical equipment • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning for hypo-chlorination system and odor system • Recalculate the firefighting and fire alarm systems • Recalculate the ventilation and HVAC system • Follow up the submissions documents for permit and approvals • Review all material submittals for electromechanical equipment and systems • Do on-site inspection to follow up the progress of work according to program progress of project.
