• Responsible to classify and maintain Plant Documentations /revisions within Habshan, Bab & HSGP Plant Division and as per the latest upcoming projects submissions.
• Responsible to maintain and update the documentation in Electronic Data Management system (EDMS), Smart Plant Foundation (SPF) and Live link with the latest documents and revisions.
• Responsible for ensuring that engineering data records in the Document Management System ( EDMS, SPF, Live Link etc.) are entered, updated and maintained accurately.
• Responsible for maintain the flow of both electronic and hard-copies controlled documents while logging, tracking and maintaining plant documentation.
• Responsible to coordinate Documentation issues between GASCO HQ, Plant end users and external contractors.
• Responsible for recognizing Documentation problems, recommend solutions and put the solutions into action.
• Responsible for keeping track of Project transmittal records, advise Project Engineer for targets / deadlines, project deliverables for any missing documentation.
• Provide assistance to GASCO various teams for any necessary requirements for documentation purposes.
• Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for generating reports, data & records as needed by utilizing the computer system to the maximum.
• To plan & organize the retention, archiving & disposal of technical documents as per the section’s guideline.
