• Job Details:Drive OEE improvement initiatives across U.S. apparel sewing by implementing targeted projects, analyzing performance data, and validating monthly production, quality, and working hour metrics. Sewing SAM, efficiency tracking, and QC inspection methodologies standardization across U.S. apparel. Working with PPC & cut to pack production departments to enhance process efficiencies and optimize layouts. Capacity calculation & plan evaluations of before & after wash departments. Resources (manpower & machines calculations) for new styles. Monthly minimum wage root cause analysis to mitigate & control. Collecting monthly Kaizen submissions from U.S. apparel and fabric units, evaluating their effectiveness, organizing annual Kaizen conference and recognizing the most impactful initiatives. Work method improvement & process optimization. Conducting management training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies and lean tools. Overseeing production bottlenecks and their rectification to meet line target. New sewing lines designing and execution as per plan.

Sr. Assistant Manager IE (Before & After Wash)

• Job Details:Dry process, laser and washing layout optimization and new layouts preparation for future plant. Daily efficiency & utilization calculation of washing department. Attending morning meeting with IE seniors for sharing production, inventory, backlog status and bottlenecks of dry process & washing. Bottlenecks identification and rectification. Daily machine idle status report preparation and off-standards calculation with reasons. Washing SAM bank development w.r.t. batch size, wash type and wash process for capacity efficiency and utilization calculation. Conducting weekly critical parameters meeting with dry process, GWP, QC, PD and PPC. Value stream mapping of WIP flow to reduce duplication of work. Monthly KPI’s compilation of dry process & washing department.

Assistant Manager IE (After Wash)

• Job Details:Daily efficiency & utilization monitoring of stitching floor. Sewing layouts optimization. New styles time study and SAM validation of operations. Monthly resources working for sewing lines including manpower & machines. Skill test of newly hired workforce. Discussion on production, inventory & backlog status with bottlenecks and reasons in meeting with IE seniors. Identification and rectification of production bottlenecks on daily basis. Daily preparation of machine idle status report. Weekly critical parameters meeting with sewing, QC, QA and PPC to get action plan for mitigation of backlogs, improving product quality and controlling absenteeism issues. Preparation of weekly stitching delivery in full- & on-time reports against all orders (DIFOT).
