 Payroll
• Processes monthly payroll and maintains payroll information as required
• Responsible for gathering payroll data through following-up on Managers and Supervisors to send the monthly or quarterly variables, deductions, or bonuses by the 15th of every month
• Calculates the commission of each Representative (according to the HR commission system)
• Prepares and finalizes the reconciliation sheet for permanent and casual employees for final review, as well as the payments detailed report for Raya Holding, HR Manager and CEO’s approval
• Responsible for finalizing the payroll procedures and salaries transfer ( Bank, Salary Cards & cash after approval of Raya Holding, HR Manager and CEO) in due time
• Responsible for frequently updating the grading of Trade LOB employees (including any new positions) to be allocated to proper salary groups to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
• Sends the cost center allocation summary sheet, the transfer and cash sheet, the living and transportation allowances sheet and the car loan sheet on a monthly basis; to the Finance department to support the payables account
• Responsible for preparing HR letters or loan request letters for all employees
 Recruitment
• Create and organize recruitment open days.
• Follow up on documents of new employees and make their contract, approval to hire.
• Manage the leaver administration process.
• Sending warning letters & end the contracts
• Responsible for any misconduct or absence salary deductions.
 Corporate Deals (Vodafone)
• Handling all the corporate phone lines and employees allowances.
 Medical Insurance (Egycare & Bupa)
• Responsible for enrollment of the new employees under Aman’s account in the medical insurance.
• Sending the family Egycare deductions to the Compensation division from employees on a monthly basis
• Responsible for the payment to Egycare company on a quarterly basis
• Administering the payments of staff reimbursements
• Responsible for other related tasks concerning Egycare insurance (refunds, annual renewal, etc.)
• Reviews Bupa medical insurance procedures, as well as the saving plan and life insurance (Allianz)
 Social Insurance
• Supervises social insurance procedures for Aman LOB employees, in addition to any related tasks involving the Labor Office and Social insurance authorities
 Logistics
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a precise and effective manner.
 Expenses & Benefits (Mobile Allowances, Transportation & Other)
• Work on the monthly expenses and Transfer them to CIB Bank make sure of its transfer

• Open for the employees their payroll bank account
• Issue the payroll cards and Handling the delivery of them
 Investigations
• Responsible for conducting any investigations with any Aman’s LOB employees in coordination with legal affairs department
