• Job Details:-Designing ,Building and Programming Industrial Control Panels for Manufacturing conveyors systems ,Production Lines ,Packing & Handling Machines and Standalone machines. -Pre-engineering meetings with engineering team and mechanical engineering, design of electrical packages and BOM's. -Assist on production line development to acquire cycle times needed, electrical cost estimates to develop controls on new machines built from conceptual stages. -Developing functional design specifications for PLC, HMI/SCADA systems. -Create electrical and pneumatic drawings using (AutoCAD , EPLAN P8) -Lead Startup and Commissioning of large projects. -Proficient in programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives. -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. -Programming the programmable logic controllers and Human machine interface. (Siemens , Allen Bradley , Schneider , Omron , Delta , Fatik .........etc,). -Programming languages :( LAD , FB , SCL , STL ). -Communication protocols :( Profinet , Profibus , Modbus , ASI). -On site Supervision a team of electricians in project installation phase (cable tries, terminal boxes, wires, cables ,sensors and pneumatic components ).
