Manager (QC & Lab)

• Job Details:Oversee production and development processes to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and specifications. Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and product defects, leading root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with other departments, management, clients, and stakeholders to align on quality objectives and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and audit findings. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials. Prepare and present quality reports to upper management. Ensure a safe and compliant laboratory environment.

Sr. Officer (Production)

• Job Details:Analyze consumption & costing of raw materials, chemicals and prepare the production report focusing the consumption of raw materials and chemicals of brown liner, medium & packing paper. Preparation of pulp processing, maintain the quality of different grade paper. Monitoring raw materials and chemicals, equipment and to ensure smooth operation as per production demand. Maintain the machine and manpower efficiency for optimum utilization of plant production capacity. Supervise the process parameter & instruct the operator. Paper production maintain with stock properly.

Sr. Officer QC, Coating & Stock Preparation

• Job Details:Ensure all processes and materials comply with company standards, regulations, and good laboratory practices (GLP). Investigate out-of-specification results and other quality issues, working with production to find solutions. Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working order for accurate results. Keep track of lab supplies and equipment, ordering them as needed. Adhere to and help develop safety guidelines for handling hazardous materials and maintaining a safe laboratory environment. Monitor the production of coating plant (coated paper), paper core tube. Daily update report making in SAP (production modules S4 HANA) & monthly production report making. Analyze and improve production process to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity.
