QHSE Specialist

• Job Details:Prepare HSE programs to control & prevent unsafe conditions & acts. Update top management with all safety hazards and controls. Prepare and recommend the HSE budget and monitor financial performance of each factory versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs. Ensure implementation of all procedures and work instruction for ISO 45001. Ensure implementation of all procedures and work instruction for ISO 9001/2015 prepare & review risk assessment for all activities and ensure implement safe precautions. Prepare HSE awareness program and HSE induction training program. Manage HSE team & communicate tasks to shift supervisors and follow-up performance. Hold periodically HSE committee meeting to discuss problems and providing solutions. Prepare, update the emergency response plan and implemented during periodic drills. Investigate all incidents, accidents and near miss. Compliance with standards and regulations. Internal and external communication with official authorities. Arrange to perform environmental measures by consultant company. Review company environmental logs & hazard log. Periodically inspection for critical points during process.
