Executed loop checks, instrumentation calibration (accuracy, repeatability, hysteresis), and functional tests. Conducted hot and cold commissioning for boilers, turbines, water treatment, hydrogen generation, and desalination systems. Reviewed P&ID, SAMA diagrams, and logic sequences for system optimization. Maintained DCS/PLC backups and performed troubleshooting for field instrumentation. Ensured integration and communication across HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, and OPC protocols. Oversaw installation and commissioning of control panels, CCTV, and PABX communication systems. Performed corrective maintenance for valves, transmitters, flame scanners, and related equipment. Prepared technical tenders and analyzed technical specifications to reduce costs and optimize procurement.
