• Job Details:Prepare and deliver the required devices to end-users, set up user accounts and workstations, and provide ongoing technical support for both PC and Mac environments to ensure a seamless user experience. Repair and replace hardware components, troubleshoot PC issues, and deploy new technologies to optimize system performance. Install Windows images and rejoin PCs to the domain, maintaining network integrity and security across the infrastructure. Utilize ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) tool to manage incidents, requests, and service tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Provide first-line technical support for Office 365, cloud storage solutions (Box, SharePoint, OneDrive), and LAN/WAN infrastructure in a multicultural environment. Handle incoming emails and resolve related technical issues in a timely manner. Support web conferencing platforms, mobile technologies, and audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting across PC and Mac platforms. Ensure high user satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and resolving issues promptly, providing both onsite and remote support, managing a customer-facing drop-in desk, performing floor-walking, and offering on-the-spot assistance to end-users.
