• Job Details:Leading BIM coordination for MEP systems across projects in Canada, USA, and Europe. Designing and developing MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) to meet project requirements. Producing and reviewing shop drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site. Utilizing Dynamo for automation, enhancing clash detection, expediting shop drawing production, and optimizing modeling workflows. Modeling mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) with precision. Performing quantity surveying (QS) and material estimation for all disciplines. Conducting clash detection and coordination reports using Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo & ACC. Developing Revit families & parametric components for detailed MEP modeling (LOD 350/400). Ensuring design compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless integration of MEP systems.

Project Control Engineer

• Job Details:Working in the mega scale EPC project site, SMD: Suez Methanol Derivatives as site planning engineer responsible for setting up the projects in Primavera P6, defining the project scope, activities, resources, and constraints. Analyzing project requirements, estimating resource needs. Updating project control sheet, executing regular reports on daily, monthly, and annual basis. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Analyzing and updating delay analysis sheet. Contributing with mechanical team in working in piping, tanks and steel structure project tasks. Creating constructability plan for formaldehyde, SNF, resin and all plant utilities.
