- Job Details:Execute talent acquisition strategy and processes to attract and hire top talent. Perform end-to-end recruitment processes to close current vacancies efficiently. Search for qualified candidates using various sources, including databases, networking, online recruiting platforms, media advertisements, job fairs, and employee referrals. Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure alignment with professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revisions as needed. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates after completing the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process, ensuring they are fully informed about salary, benefits, job responsibilities, and other employment details. Review and screen employment applications to match candidates with job requirements. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ work history, training, education, and job skills. Inform job applicants of position details, including duties, responsibilities, and compensation. Conduct reference and background checks on job applicants. Provide hiring recommendations and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers. Contact applicants to inform them of their application status. Oversee the completion of essential hiring documents, ensuring accurate signing of employment contracts, marital status declarations, and bank account applications. Ensure compliance with social insurance regulations by managing required forms, including Social Insurance Form 1. Follow up with newly hired employees to verify the completion of all onboarding paperwork in accordance with company policies. Review and update new employees’ hiring documents while maintaining organized employee records in both electronic and paper formats. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, such as Ramadan Iftar, fostering a positive work culture. Maintain employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Address employee inquiries efficiently and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Provide management with training and information related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, and documentation of performance issues. Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring accuracy in employment records, promotions, and contract details." Develop and manage a job description database for all company positions. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports for decision-making. Conduct exit interviews and ensure the completion of termination paperwork. Update and optimize organizational structures and job descriptions to align with business goals, enhance efficiency, and support workforce planning.
