Achievements


I created the Dress code Policy for the whole group.
I managed also to add a clarifying powerpoint to be presented to management and to employees as a guide.


I managed to put together a "Benefits Team” touch to the HR team-building event.
I contacted our suppliers and managed to convince all of them (around 65 benefit supplier then) to provide each employee (55 then) with promotional material from their products, some of these included an airline ticket to any destination, 45% hotel discount to any European destination, Brand sunglasses vouchers…etc. This was all supposed to be a surprise, so I used to come before normal working hours, work on this project and then wait till everybody leaves and continue. I hired a car and took all the gifts wrapped them nicely and went a day before everyone. I had an idea, I wanted them to enter their rooms and find their gifts ready for them. So I passed by room after room placing the corresponding customized gifts to each employee’s bed. It was a complete success and the VP herself honored me in front of everyone. She even gave me a certificate of appreciation on my leadership and ownership skills.



I managed within the first two weeks after i was hired to hire two key positions, that made their team managers come search for me just to thank me for the quick hiring.


My graduation Project was on Rebranding UDC in terms of social media presence and effectiveness. Our presentation was attended by the School President , Chief of staff, Marketing and Media Manager and a lot of key positions in the university. after i finished my part, the president was really appreciative and offered to have me as one of the project managers, but i had to return home, so i had to reject.
