- Responsible for ISO filing and coding system.
- Supervise all audit activities and evaluate all purchase orders , payment performance and assist to eliminate any discrepancy.
- Sharing in preparing local contract terms and conditions.
- Follow up purchase orders for further clarifications to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with specified requirements and on time delivery.
- Assist in Preparing procurement plan for the factory and make prices analysis.
- Sharing in extension project (issued & negotiated foreign equipment contract, local manufacture purchase order).
- Contracting foreign extension project at our company , sharing and follow banking producers (LCs , delivery terms and, follow deliveries).
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and clients.
