 Provide timely, accurate and thorough Performance Reviews for supervised employees.
 Evaluate, plan and make recommendations on the management of all benefit programs to ensure that the Company obtains the best products and services at a competitive price.
 Act as liaison with benefit vendors; assist employees with benefit problems; communicate and educate employees on benefits processes and procedures.
 Oversee the payroll process providing supervision to the staff responsible for the accurate data entry for Company’s payroll system and timely payroll/benefits administration in the areas of vacation donation, employee records, separations, and new employees.
 Coordinate with other departments in payroll process improvements and system updates.
 Plan, direct, coordinate, and review work of assigned staff. Meet with staff regularly to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures; provide training and direction as needed.
 Maintain a Training Library that catalogs training materials, books, videos, and workbooks.
 Review and update materials as needed.
 Conduct bi-annual Needs Assessments for training initiatives.
 Assist in developing and presenting training programs and those programs identified in needs assessment surveys.
 Negotiate and plan computer software training programs and special training initiatives for specific workgroups.
 Identify issues and effectively solve problems.
 Insure operational processes are efficient.
 OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Select, train, motivate and evaluate assigned staff; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures; recommend employee terminations.
o Review and perform quality checks on benefits and activities processed through the Human Resources Department.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

 Identify trends ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
 Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
 Participate in pricing the Product
 Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
 Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
 Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
