Talent Development & Training - Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy through the development of different development programs for specific group of new or current employees or talents. - Manage and maintain company's " On Job Training " program full process which is designed to increase employee’s competency in their current post and support them to climb their career ladder. - Developing company new competency assurance program covering program process & procedures, supportive documents such as Assessor guides and assessment documents by liaising and working close with concerned department and the development of related assessors.
