Organization Development - Maintain the company organizational structure including all related components. - Maintain the company Organization’s Charts & update them to match with the company needs to ensure organization structure effectiveness. - Develop Job descriptions for current & new jobs addressing the job responsibilities, specifications & required competencies. Talent Development & Training - Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy through the development of different development programs for specific group of new or current employees or talents. - Manage and maintain company's " On Job Training " program full process which is designed to increase employee’s competency in their current post and support them to climb their career ladder. - Developing company new competency assurance program covering program process & procedures, supportive documents such as Assessor guides and assessment documents by liaising and working close with concerned department and the development of related assessors. Reporting - Assists with development of new reports system, metrics, queries and dashboards to support stakeholder needs. - Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations. Others Performance Management System: Support and lead the annual performance appraisal process across all operating zones. Internal & External Communications: - Manage the official communication mailing tool we're using to convey the company official announcement or managerial messages (Newsflash). - Manage corporate social media platforms (Facebook Page - LinkedIn Company Profile). Support in the planning and execution of different activation and CSR activities.
