- Job Details:Monitor the functionality of the CAFM system, reporting issues or system errors to the appropriate IT or CAFM support team. Record task details including location, description, and SLA time, and inform relevant supervisors promptly. Follow up with supervisors to ensure tasks are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLA). Prioritize and monitor planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure timely completion. Prepare daily site activity reports and site observation reports, documenting operational activities and observations. Regularly verify and update the status of ongoing tasks and work orders. Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of assets into the CAFM system, maintaining asset records. Provide training and support to other team members and users of the CAFM system. Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently to meet client reporting requirements. Help train new staff on the use of the CAFM software and ensure they are familiar with key system features. Manage all communications including emails and calls related to facility management operations.
