Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of assets into the CAFM system, maintaining asset records. Provide training and support to other team members and users of the CAFM system. Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently to meet client reporting requirements. Help train new staff on the use of the CAFM software and ensure they are familiar with key system features. Manage all communications including emails and calls related to facility management operations.
