• Job Details:Conduct outbound calls to international customers. Working on Amadeus GDS and bookings on GDS. Ticketing/fare auditing, schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc. Ticket issuance. Voice customer service resolution for issues with regards to ticketing/schedule change.

• Job Details:Maintain industry updates and of the current market conditions. Conduct outbound and inbound mail to international customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues like reissuance of ticket, issuance, cancellation and refund. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
