• Prepares and monitors the implementation of personal development, career path, and succession plans for the Company’s employees and positions.
• Develops, manages and follows-up a training program for the Company’s employees, with guidance from individual performance appraisal results.
• Manages and coordinates proper implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure timeliness, effectiveness, and equity within the Company.
• Manages and coordinates salary administration and employee benefit programs to determine competitive compensation and ensure internal fairness and equity.
• Prepares and submits compensation data for participation in Salary Surveys.
• Recommends modifications to salary scale and variable incentive pay schemes.
• Directs and/or personally handles the interviewing of all candidates (internal and external), and recommends selection and recruitment decisions to line managers.
• Reviews and supervises all processed “Personnel Actions” such as new appointments, promotions, transfers, terminations and disciplinary actions, etc…in compliance with the established policies and procedures.
• Supervises the application and updating of time attendance, payroll, medical insurance, social security, and other employee benefit systems and programs.
• Checks and approves employee attendance, absence, overtime pay, and deduction data reports prior to payroll processing.
• Answers queries, provides counseling, and resolves personnel related issues.
• Ensures the maintenance and updating of all employee files and personnel records (e.g., required documentation, leave balances, annual appraisals, etc).
• Supervises the Human Resources Department work programs and ensures their proper execution; directly manages HR Dept. staff employees.
• Undertakes all other duties assigned by direct superior & Head Office HR Dept.
