• Job Details:Major Roles: - Ensure that production methods and finished products meet established standards. - Assume required frequently in process analysis of produced SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) and CAPB (Coco Propyl Betaine) to ensure maximum quality. - Handle sophisticated instruments (GC, AAS, IR, APHA colorimeter, PH meter, Viscometer,UV and FTIR). - Prepare and standardize Volumetric Solutions, Standards & Reagents. - Undertake physical inspection of the packing tanks including (ISO tanks, IBC’s & drums) before loading. - Maintain all analytical equipment calibrated according to the schedule and SOP’s. - Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. - Data update in hard and soft copies and on Navision system as per ISO 9001-2008. - Undergoes 5S in lab to maintain our scientific instrument calibrated and healthful. Progress achieved: - Achieved ISO 9001-2008. - We succeeded to achieve zero incidents with maximum safety and quality
