• Job Details:- process and review vendor invoices in line with policies and contractual terms. - perform 3-way matching (invoice, po, grn). - manage monthly payment cycles and ensure bank detail accuracy. - prepare journal entries and manage general ledger entries. - conduct ap aging analysis and resolve outstanding issues. - communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. - prepare and submit tax forms including vat form 10 and withholding tax form 41. - oversee all aspects of customer account management, including invoice issuance, tracking outstanding balances, resolving client discrepancies, and executing effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments. - record and reconcile fixed assets; calculate depreciation and ensure proper asset accounting. - manage financial leasing records and ensure accurate treatment of leasing contracts. - handle financial processing of import shipments including reviewing supplier and shipping invoices, coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and preparing full landed cost calculations for imported goods. - ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal controls. - work efficiently using microsoft dynamics erp, al motakamel erp, microsoft access, and sap. - participated in the initial setup phase of sap implementation, including preparatory steps for vendor data coding and master file structure. - completed structured training in sap for future use in procurement and vendor management processes.
