• Job Details:Receiving the purchasing request from all departments. Contacting with foreign suppliers and choosing the best offers depending on main parameters such as prices, quality and supplier confidence. Communicate with suppliers to get required documents for clearance and shipping conditions. Preparing lc application with terms and send it to the bank. Revised the documents to see if it acceptable for the customs clearance. Revised the documents on cargo x (nafza). Receiving the original documents from the banks. Follow up the clearance agent to release the goods. Responsible for the problems that may happen in our machines and apparatus by contacting with the suppliers and searching for solutions. Preparing reports for appropriate individuals within the company of the items ordered, prices as well as need. Responsible for the pending payable file.
