• Job Details:Taking acknowledgement before the delivery. Making sure with all safety requirements regarding transportation & logistics. Preparing weekly and daily reports up to the record passing entries for the daily transaction. Maintaining the suppliers & customers records. Prepare all required shipping documents. Motivating, organizing and encouraging team workers to ensure standards and safe quality of dispatch. Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.

Logistics Co-ordinator

• Job Details:Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Work under deadline. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary. Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders. Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements. Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible. Preparing accurate invoices.
