-Handling completion of month-end and year-end reporting in line with requirements and ensuring an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close with timetables.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement , statement of cash flow, statement of owner’s equity).
-Preparing monthly cost report and quarterly project reports in coordination with Project Controls function to be presented and identifying any patterns or anomalies which need to be explained.
-Supervising, Guiding and supporting subordinates in carrying out their duties and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve agreed-upon targets.
-Maintaining project-related records, including contracts and orders.
-Preparing cash flow reports and ensuring support documents are attached.

-Preparing and submitting monthly and periodic financial reports, such as Trial Balance financial statements.
- Managing Reports (Preparing revenues and Costs reports and inventory cost) in order to define gross margins for each project.
-Providing heads of projects and other unit managers with any required financial reports/ data.

-Providing status of financial condition by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Acting as the key point of reference for all queries connected to financial accounting or management information.
* Budgeting,
-Participating in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets ,update statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues and forecasts of cash follow .
-Monitoring performance against planed and Calculate variances from the budget and report to management.

-Monitoring of policies, practices and procedures to ensure adequate financial and internal controls are applied and maintained over the companies ‘activities..

- Starting review P.O with P.O.Q to verify quantities required for project; checking P.O with price offers and discounts, verifying payment methods with vendor contracts.
- Reviewing subcontractors’ contracts with P.O.Q analysis, reviewing subcontractors’ periodical progress, verifying balance to be paid periodically.
