• Job Details:accurately transcribe and translate english content into arabic, ensuring data consistency and collaborating with the team in india to deliver optimal results. collect and digitize spatial and descriptive data from real estate brochures for residential (villas and apartments) and commercial projects. perform qa/qc processes on spatial and descriptive data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness, and submit necessary corrections. use qgis to review, validate, and correct property boundaries, coordinating with the gis technical team to ensure spatial accuracy. compare drawn boundaries in gis layers with satellite imagery (e.g., google maps) to verify and improve positional accuracy. classify buildings based on coordinates received from municipalities, ensuring proper categorization within gis databases. analyze commercial mall layouts to identify leasable areas and prepare clear, well-structured reports. coordinate with the upload team to deliver clean, well-structured datasets ready for integration. collaborate with research and gis teams to support data-driven decision-making in real estate planning. maintain continuous coordination with gis specialists to stay updated on project developments and align work with geospatial standards.
