• Job Details:*Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers and heaters –diesel generators and UPS and execute all (Hard Services) maintenance activities related to Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems *Responsible for Transformers, Medium and Low tension, MDB, Light Current Systems. *Manage all soft services under his management from housekeeping, pest control to landscaping maintenance activities. *Manage Shared Base Support services( paint ,weld ,carpenter, crane ,wash bay ,Ceramic). *Supervise Execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities. *Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well *Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle ) *Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities *Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement and renovations Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues *Assist in setting the budget of the extra works *Issuing the monthly report for Trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month

Senior facilities EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment and Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems. • Highly experienced in large tonnage air-cooled and water-cooled screw, scroll, absorption chillers , packaged rooftop units ,pumps, cooling towers, Ventilation fan, smoke fan, and associated equipment throughout the entire Resort AHU systems. • Good knowledge on fire sprinkler system ,fire alarm,and electrical systems • Supervise Execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities. • Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well. • Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely. • Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement and renovations. • prepare the monthly report for malfunctions and the preventive maintenance during the month. • Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of workers, technicians, or other engineers. • Managing and guiding contractors, consultants and suppliers; identifying new opportunities and solutions with cost/ benefit analysis and making recommendations to improve efficiencies. • prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and release contractor/worker payments. • Represent company in regard to the MEP process at consultants and contractors meetings. • Managing MEP system by using building management system (BMS), to enhance the detection of faults.

Mechanical engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1-Proficient in the service, diagnostics, and repair of Large tonnage air- cooled and water-cooled screw, scroll, reciprocating and absorption chillers, packaged rooftop units. 2-Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment, chillers, pumps, cooling towers and associated equipment throughout the entire Resort AHU systems. 3-Highly experienced in testing, adjusting, and balancing chilled water systems, and water treatment. 4-Good knowledge on ventilation and indoor air quality, humidifying, dehumidifying, distribution of air. 5-Managing HVAC system by using building management system (BMS), to enhance the detection of faults. 6-Managing and guiding contractors, consultants and suppliers; identifying new opportunities and solutions with cost/ benefit analysis and making recommendations to improve efficiencies. 7-Providing, guiding technicians in performing maintenance activities. 8-Set the (maintenance schedule) Level of maintenance that requires planning, allocation of significant amount of time, and high degree of coordination. 9-Improve & update the maintenance (preventive & predictive) maintenance schedule regularly. 10-Identify, select & update the required spare part list, and preparing capital expenditures. 11-Develops and maintains relationships with key suppliers of key process equipment
